D N College Meerut may, on request or as part of academic or administrative services, provide physical delivery of documents such as certificates, mark sheets, admit cards, transcripts, or other official materials. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the terms under which such services are offered.
1. Scope of Shipping Services
The college provides shipping services only for official documents and to eligible students or alumni upon proper request and verification.
Shipping is usually limited to within India, unless otherwise specified or requested in writing.
2. Processing Time
Standard processing and dispatch time is 7–15 working days from the date of approval of the request.
Additional time may be required during examination periods, holidays, or in case of verification delays.
3. Delivery Partners and Charges
Documents are sent via registered post, courier services, or speed post, depending on location and urgency.
Shipping charges, if applicable, must be paid in advance by the requester. The college will not bear courier costs unless otherwise notified.
4. Tracking and Responsibility
A tracking number will be provided (if available) once the document is dispatched.
D N College Meerut is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by courier or postal services after dispatch.
It is the recipient’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
5. In-Person Collection Option
Students may also choose to collect documents in person from the college office during working hours by showing a valid ID.
Authorized collection by a third party is allowed only with a signed authorization letter and ID proof.
